The young kart driver Niklas Krütten will participate in the world´s oldest kart race: The Trofeo delle Industrie takes place from 28th until 30th October at the South Garda Karting in Lonato (Italy). The entry list counts more than 200 competitors to form an internationally strong starting field, with the German Niklas Krütten to continue his charge against a strong competition.

It has been an exciting and thrilling season so far for the young driver from Trier, who turned 14 years of age last week. Whether it was at the WSK Master Series, the CIK-FIA European Championship or the German Kart Championship, Niklas impressed with immense progress and outstanding performances all season at international Top-Events. He was consistently running with the fastest kart drivers in the world, was looking promising for a podium finish and was the best starter from Germany many times. Despite some accidents none of his fault, he never lost trust in his talent and underlined his performances with a strong fighting spirit. The up-and-coming driver is aiming to mix-up the competitors this coming weekend once again.

“The Trofeo delle Industrie is a world-famous race and it is always great fun to start there. We have no pressure this weekend and we simply would like to have the best preparation for the upcoming World Championship round in Bahrain”, says the young driver. “I will give my best. Let´s see, what will come out of it at the end. We have shown this year on many occasions, that we are capable of securing a top result.”
