Niklas Krütten starts with new Logo
The 2015 season of the German Kart Championship (DKM) will come to an end this coming weekend, with the fifth championship round on the karting track at Kerpen. The 12-year-old Niklas Krütten is aiming to show his continuously improving performance on his home turf, following impressive results during the latest international events.
The young Kart Racer secured a Top-10 finish at both Oschersleben and Ampfing and is aiming to use his home advantage on the track in Kerpen. “It is really nice to finish the season in Kerpen, since I have been a member in the Kerpen Kart Club for many years and started karting at a young age at the very same track”, said Niklas, who is currently in 12th position in the Junior Rankings. “We have had a great season to date, something we suffered a bit of bad luck and sometimes I just wanted too much. I have been able to gain valuable experience and I now know more what I am capable of and how to get the most out of each track.”
Right in time for the season final, Niklas Krütten is also launching a brand-new Logo. The colours are in line with the colour combination of his Team “Forza Racing”, with whom Niklas is very much connected on a professional and friendly level.
The initials NK are combined with a star, which was chosen from the Latin saying “per aspera ad astra” (literally: Through the rough to the Stars). The star reflects Niklas´ ambitions in Motorsport, but also his hard work and many disappointments that come with racing. The clock-hand within the star simulates the rev counter.
